Call for Artists
We want the Hoodwinked ‘Robin’ sculptures to all be unique – designed and decorated by a variety of artists, some professional and some as yet undiscovered. We’re calling for artists whether professional or amateur, individual or community groups to get involved and release your creativity on Nottingham City.
We are looking for artists to submit creative and inspiring designs for our Hoodwinked ‘Robin’ sculptures that will form a trail across Nottingham city in the summer of 2018.
You will need to:
- Be available to paint a robin between March – May 2018.
- Be the sole creator and owner of the work entered.
- Design work suitable and safe for public display in a public venue and which must withstand the rigours of outdoor and city living.

Our policy is to work closely with the local arts and culture sectors so that the event truly reflects Nottingham’s cultural identity. A core principle is to make Hoodwinked inclusive and participatory and we are really excited to invite all artists, amateur or professional, whatever their level of experience.
